Description

The Red Honey process is a partial coffee fermentation method where part of the pulp is left attached to the beans during drying. This allows the natural sugar of the fruit to permeate the bean, developing sweeter flavors, a velvety body, and intense fruity notes, while maintaining a pleasant balance and acidity.
